We’re just as excited as you to get started, but before you use our site, it is important that you please take the time to read and understand the following Terms of Use, as they will form part of the agreement between you and Paradise AfroShop concerning any grocery, cosmetic, hair & skin product delivery services to be provided by Paradise AfroShop. As Paradise AfroShop reserves the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time, it is important that you review these Terms of Use regularly before placing an order from our site. If you disagree with any of the Terms of Use, you cannot use this site service, but we would encourage you to contact us in that event to explain your concern.

The Paradise AfroShop site is a commercial site, developed and intended for lawful business use by customers seeking to use Paradise AfroShop’s online shop.

If the customer is absent or unable to receive their products upon selected delivery method, within the selected and specific location decided on by the customer, then there will be a fee charged if the shipment gets sent back to us.
If the customer wants the shipment after it’s sent back to Paradise AfroShop, they will have to pay for the shipping costs again. Please note that grocery products are constantly changing packaging, size, etc. For this reason, products viewed on the website may, in fact, not be accurate as to the current image of the product and may seem different upon delivery.

Unless otherwise indicated, all content and information on this site is the property of Paradise AfroShop. Although the Company intends to use reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing information and other information is accurate and up to date to the best of its knowledge, Paradise AfroShop’s sole responsibility is to use reasonable efforts to deliver products selected by the user. In particular, please note that prices and product availability and prices are subject to change without notice.

Paradise AfroShop does not warrant and is not responsible in any way for the accuracy and completeness of any product information (including product names, ingredients, portion sizes, nutritional values and recipes) for product listed on this site and reserves the right to change any product information at any time without notice in order to correct any human input errors (which are common for a business of this nature) or other error of which it becomes aware.

Our products have 14 days return policy, and the package can’t be opened/used for our customers to return them. Customers have to inform Paradise AfroShop by 14 days after you’ve received the products, and they have to be unopened and in a condition that we can sell them again. Contact us with the contact form if you want to return your products.

All information posted or transmitted by you in the course of using this site is deemed non-proprietary and non-confidential and may be used by Paradise AfroShop for its valid business purposes, subject as provided in our Privacy Policy as amended or replaced from time to time.

There are various company names, trademarks, product names, logos, service marks, trade dress and similar intellectual property rights that identify the products which we believe are available from our supplier for delivery to Paradise AfroShop customers (subject to continuing availability). All such intellectual property rights belong to the various owners thereof and, to Paradise AfroShop’s knowledge, are licensed to our supplier for the purpose of promoting the sale of such products, including sales to be delivered by Paradise AfroShop. Any reproduction, republication or other distribution, transmission or use of any such intellectual property rights without the prior consent of the respective owner is strictly prohibited.
